2. Services offered
in France
Normally
the French White Fathers work out of France. Those in
France are either aged or sick, or assure the rears
of the mission in Africa: formation, finances, organization,
welcome of the aged confrères. On the other hand,
some are put at the disposal of the mission in France
in spheres that are specific to us like encounter with
Moslems or missionary animation.
Implantations

1.- The community
of MARSEILLES & ITS PROJECT
- The involvement of three confreres is varied,
according to their experiences, the local reality and
in solidarity with being in and with the diocese. These
commitments cover four focal points: Pastoral activity
towards migrants, Pastoral activity for relations with
Islam, Pastoral activities in parishes, Pastoral activity
for ecumenism...
2.- Ministry of solidarity among
Africans in our country, and especially encounter with
Moslems.
Confreres more directly involved in missionary projects
as defined by the last Chapter. It is of interest to
distinguish between appointments at the service of the
Church in France and those in the name of the Province.
3.- Missionary and Vocation Promotion
in line with 'Coopération Missionnaire'
OPM and other Missionaries Institutes.

Notre Dame d’Afrique : Chaplain : Pierre
Féderlé. At the moment, in Paris, six
young people meet once a month. His last conférence:

in Paris during the A.A.P.B. Meetings

Les Associations des Amis des Pères
Blancs (A.A.P.B) (Association Friends of White
Fathers) : eight associations exist in France : Paris
- Lille - Strasbourg - Lyon - Toulouse - Nantes - Angers.
They organise Meetings
with exhibition-sales in different towns. The income
from sales goes to finance projects presented by confreres
working in Africa. .
